Researchers from the Chamwell Centre Charity and University of Gloucestershire invite you take part in a short survey to help us understand how the Government’s restrictions during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic have affected physical and mental health in children and young adults with a physical or intellectual disability.
We hope the information gathered will help to inform guidelines and policies on how to best support the wellbeing of those with a disability over the coming months.
