Looking After My Mental Health
If we become physically unwell we wouldn’t think twice but get support. We would tell someone and if the pain continues we would get some further help. This is the same for mental health. However, many young people just don’t look for this help when they are struggling with their mental health.
It maybe that you don’t realise you are struggling, it maybe that you don’t want to ask or it maybe that you don’t know who to ask.
Here are some links to local and national organisations who’s job it is to support when people are struggling with their mental health.
You can contact SENDIASS and we will support you to access help.
