Education, Health and Care (EHC) Needs Assessment
A very detailed assessment of a child’s special educational needs. It includes advice from parents, Education, Health and Social Care and also the advice of any other professional involved with a child. This can also be called a multi-disciplinary assessment. It may lead to an EHCP.
