Help to improve access to Churchdown Park
Churchdown Parish Council is planning to install an accessible path around Churchdown Park to enhance access for all users including residents with disabilities and parents who use pushchairs or prams.
They will be holing a community engagement event to consult residents about this project on
Saturday 7th October 2023 at 10.00 am – 12 noon.
The event is being held at Churchdown Parish Council, Paton Road, Churchdown, Glos. GL3 2JH
You can also let them know your thoughts by completing the survey form.
They recognise the importance of asking the people they are trying to help, what changes and improvements they need to make, so that everyone can enjoy all of the facilities at Churchdown Park.
They especially want to hear from people who have any particular accessibility needs: a physical /mobility impairment; a sensory impairment (Sight and/or Hearing) or any other conditions e.g. psychological, neurological or cognitive which effects mobility.
Churchdown Parish Council are considering a range of options but need to know how to implement the most effective improvements.
Join them for coffee and cake on Saturday 7th October 2023 , you would be most welcome !
